click Debit or Credit Card button

(The windows will expand to enter card information)

Complete the payment details

(it's safe to ignore the Ship to billing address checkbox)

Click the Pay Now

Once the transaction is complete, you will see:

Thank you for your payment!

A charge will appear on the statement as PAYPAL *WITNETWORKS
